Under The Eaves Reservation Cancellation Policy
(per each room reserved)

Because we are a small B&B with only seven rooms, we lose money on cancelled reservations and must enforce a cancellation policy. If you need to cancel for any reason, please give as much notice as possible to allow us time to re-rent the room.

All cancellations are subject to a $25 administrative fee. For cancellations made within two weeks of the reservation date, there will be a charge for one night stay or 25% of the total stay, whichever is greater, plus tax, unless we are able to rebook the room(s). This also applies to partial cancellations.
